Born in Gaucín, a place that marked both his roots and his love for construction, Manuel Ayud Pérez has dedicated his life and career to architecture and the design of functional, sustainable spaces in harmony with their surroundings.
The son of a builder, from an early age he became familiar with the principles of construction and the importance of every detail in the development of a project. With a solid and continuously evolving background, he has developed a career that encompasses architectural design as well as technical supervision and structural calculation.
Manuel holds a degree in Architecture and completed an Enabling Master's Degree at the University of Malaga, where he also developed his thesis “Vivir como mayores,” focused on the design of spaces adapted to the needs of an ever-changing population. In addition, he has specific training in the calculation of reinforced concrete structures using advanced computer tools, such as CYPECAD, and a specialization in efficient and sustainable building projects.
With over 11 years of experience, Manuel has worked on a wide variety of projects including single-family homes, energy certifications and site planning. His experience includes advanced technical skills in surveying and stakeout with topographic equipment, site planning, project measurement, and health and safety planning. He is also an expert in the use of tools such as Archimedes and Presto, which allows him to optimize every phase of the project from design to execution.
