Efforts have been made to satisfy all the needs set forth in the program by the promoter, always under the premise of reducing, as far as possible, the total cost of the works. For this, a logical organization of the building is proposed in relation to its functionality, as well as in the use of construction systems appropriate to the type and volume of said building.
The house will be located in the front, and in the back the pool and green areas, which will go on staggered platforms to save the different levels.
It is developed on the ground floor +1 on grade level, giving exit through a castillete plant and covered porch at the second floor level, allowed by the applicable regulations.
100% of the site will not be occupied, leaving the current detailed study area (ED6) delimited according to current planning, at the back of the site free.
From the main entrance it gives way to a living room, kitchen with pantry and a toilet.
In turn, a communication nucleus that gives way to the upper floor; on the upper floor, distributor and stairs, a bathroom, a double bedroom and two singles; on the second floor, a castillete, a covered porch and a small part of an open terrace, presenting two types of roof: sloping and flat, passable.
The pool will be rectangular with a central staircase, with water sheet dimensions of 3.00 x 2.50 m.
The building typology, the composition of facades, as well as the formal and functional language that are silver will promote a good integration in their environment, since they are similar to those prevailing in the area.
